Retina Visor ships from local warehouses to ensure your car windscreen sunvisors reach you as swiftly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

All standard orders over د.إ79.99 qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders below this threshold will have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
  • Middle East & North Africa: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–28 business days

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track your package in real time. You may also check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave it in a secure location or leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • Restricted or unserviced remote areas

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking indicates delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbours or building reception. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the courier to resolve the matter.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our team. We will investigate with the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, kindly take photographs before opening it and contact us immediately. We will arrange a complimentary replacement.
