Return & Refund Policy

At Retina Visor, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund process.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or packing slip — is required.

Every car windscreen sunvisor we sell is precision-matched to your specific vehicle. If the product does not fit your car as described on our website, we shall cover return shipping and provide a free exchange for the correct item or a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via our contact page or by telephone at +1 (302) 555-0147. Please have your order number ready.
  2. We shall issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Include the RMA number on or inside the package.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we shall process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Credit/debit card: The refund shall appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: The refund shall be credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Need a different size or made a mistake selecting your vehicle? Not to worry. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we shall arrange an exchange. If the replacement item has a price difference, we shall charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, please contact us immediately — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the damage or defect

We shall arrange a free replacement shipment or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, car windscreen sunvisors that have been installed on a vehicle cannot be returned unless they are defective. Opened packaging is accepted only if the product itself has not been used.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or payment provider first — processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, kindly contact us and we shall investigate.
