Returns & Refunds Policy

At Retina Visor, keeping our customers happy is what matters most to us. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we've a simple 30-day returns and refund process in place.

30-Day Returns Window

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You'll need proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or packing slip.

Every wiper blade we sell is precision-matched to your specific vehicle. If the product doesn't fit your car as described on our website, we'll cover return postage and provide a free exchange for the correct item or a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Start a Return

  1. Get in touch with our customer service team through our contact page or by phone at +1 (302) 555-0147. Have your order number handy.
  2. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and send you detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it using a trackable delivery method.
  4. Include the RMA number on or inside the package.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and check its condition, we'll process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Credit/debit card: The refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: The refund is credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 working days.

Original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

Need a different size or picked the wrong vehicle? No bother. Get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out an exchange. If there's a price difference on the replacement item, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't as described, please contact us straight away — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or fault

We'll arrange a free replacement delivery or a full refund, including any return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, wiper blades that have been fitted to a vehicle cannot be returned unless they're faulty. Opened packaging is accepted only if the product itself hasn't been used.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 working days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or payment provider first — processing times vary. If you still haven't received your refund, get in touch with us and we'll look into it.
