Retina Visor ships from local warehouses to get your wiper blades to you as quick as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays). Once your order's been dispatched, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.

All standard orders over 79,99 € qualify for free shipping. Orders under this amount will have a flat shipping fee worked out at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on where you are:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • UK: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of world: 14–28 business days

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Keep in mind that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes might apply when your order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in our prices.

Order Tracking

Every shipment comes with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a link to track your package in real time. You can also check the status of your order whenever you like on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

Delivery Attempts

Our carriers will try to deliver to the address you gave at checkout. If nobody's around to receive the package, the carrier might leave it in a safe spot or leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection. Make sure your shipping address is correct and complete so there aren't any delays.

Shipping Restrictions

At the moment, we're unable to ship to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

If you're not sure whether we can deliver to your area, just get in touch with us before placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, have a check with your neighbours or your building's front desk. If you still can't find it, contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out with the carrier.

If your package is well delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out to our team. We'll look into it with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement or give you a refund.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us straight away. We'll arrange a free replacement.
