Retina Visor ships from local warehouses to get your wiper blades to you as quick as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

All standard orders over NZD NZ$79.99 qualify for free shipping. Orders under this threshold will have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- Pacific Islands: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 14–28 business days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a link to track your package in real time. You can also check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.
Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If no one's available to receive the package, the courier may leave it in a safe spot or leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we're unable to ship to:
- P.O. boxes
- Remote rural addresses where courier access is limited
If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please get in touch before placing your order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbours or building reception. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the courier to sort it out.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, get in touch with our team. We'll investigate with the courier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us straightaway. We'll arrange a free replacement.
