At Retina Visor, keeping our customers happy is what we all about. If you ain't completely satisfied with your purchase, we got a simple 30-day return and refund process for you.

30-Day Return Window

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items gotta be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. You gonna need proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or packing slip.

How to Start a Return

  1. Hit up our customer service team through our contact page or give us a call at +1 (302) 555-0147. Have your order number ready.
  2. We gonna issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you the shipping details.
  3. Pack up the item good in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Make sure you put the RMA number on or inside the package.

Refund Processing

Once we get your returned item and check its condition, we processing your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method you used at checkout.

  • Credit/debit card: Refund shows up on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Refund hits your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping costs ain't refundable, unless the return is because we made a mistake or the product was defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size or picked the wrong vehicle? No worries. Get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery and we gonna set up an exchange for you. If the replacement item got a price difference, we charging or refunding the difference.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order show up damaged, defective, or ain't what we described, hit us up right away — best if it's within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, windscreen sunvisors that been installed on a vehicle can't be returned unless they defective. Opened packaging is cool only if the product itself ain't been used.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you ain't got your refund within 10 business days after our confirmation email, check with your bank or payment provider first — processing times different for everybody. If you still ain't received it, reach out to us and we gonna look into it.
